I agree with that. It wasn't really a problem using a manual for a
subrevision higher than the version I used, but to V4, some things changed,
aded to 3.23.45 yesterday.

It is part of every source distribution and may be found in the ./Docs

download a windows 3.23 version and install it. as you finished, under
mysql\docs\ you will find manual in HTML fmt.
