Look in /etc/httpd/conf.d. These config files are included by a line in httpd.conf. Now, find the config file for mod_auth_mysql. At the top, there may be something like IfDefine HAVE_MOD_AUTH_MYSQL ...stuff there... /IfDefine. For some reason, the installed RPM is not defining
