Something seems to be wrong with the scaling code. I've got 5:4,16:10
and 16:9 display devices, and the DisplaySize set to reflect the
correct ratio in the X* config files on the different machines. All
content scaless correctly on the 16:9 16:10 devices, but on the 5:4
displays, 4:3 content is

I have a problem with the Auto-pid functionality. Although it is great

are present, but either unassigned a language or not flagged at all. An

Hi,
Ever since I've installed mythtv 0.17 I'm having serious A/V sync problems in
live TV and playback of recordings. I've reported about this on mythtv-user,
but unfortunately nobody has come up with a solution on it.
Since none of the options or updates of (audio)drivers did anything to get

I think this may be too roundabout a way to attain your real goal.
While myth has a variety of modes to give a show permanence (no autoexpire,
no episode limit) due to bugs, you have lost shows you hoped were permanent
which is very bad.
What might be a lot simpler is for you to code a

It would also be nice to have different view recording pages that only

save sifting through recordings that someone else in your house

Well, we could switch to using QSocketDevice for the backend (like the
frontend uses). It's basically just a portable wrapper around the socket
code, instead of the whole event-loop-needing QSocket class. We'd be able
to just do a select() on the fds that way, I think. Probably need to

Hey all,
I've written a little script similar on imdb.pl which can be used to
get the URLs for the ACTUAL movie trailers based on IMDB #.
The script parses apple.com website and tries to find a large trailer
and if thats not available, it gets regular trailer.
Heres the example:
# ./trailer.pl

in the database.. Previously if a channel existed in the database cache the
