In the Frontend Setup, be sure to select the Use PVR-350 Output is selected. The 350 does decoding on the chip but myth has to tell it to do it send the video to the device. The latests drivers also have some better support for the 350 running X. On a 1.9P4 w/ 256 memory, I am able to display dvd

If you want xv support to work, then you really should (in fact, I think that xv won't even work with the 0.2 series) upgrade to 0.3.8 (the latest driver). You also need a newish version of the XDriver (I use 0.10.6). It is very stable for me, and I'm using xv on my PVR-350, as well as using it

You will probably want a version of ivtv to be atleast 3.0. I know the latest drivers at atrpms is 3. something. Also you will want to do yum install ivtv_xdriver that will replace the ivtv_dev and install the accelerated x_driver with it. It should be things alot faster without any other

Not sure myth does the touch first, would be nice if it did. I had a similar problem a while back. And the solution was to try to delete it. Check the mythbackend.log file to get the full name of the missing nuv file and then manually do a touch of that file name, creating an empty file.
