Am I just imagining it or have I seen foils applied to gels on the sticky layer? I've tried it w/ very little success. It could be the foil I bought. Any ideas? Thanks Michelle Phoenix, Owner/Elite Nail Technician Wet Paint Nail Spa Nails, Skin & Hair www.wetpaintnailspa.com -- You received

Michelle, I use foils on gels all the time! I remove the tacky layer and apply the adhesive just like I would on acrylic. The only difference is you can't cover the entire nail. Once the foil is on, I apply the gel sealer and cure! HTH! Mare Horak National Director of Education Nailite

I've done this a lot. I never use the glue. I can't seem to time it quite right so I just use the tacky layer. I do spots of foil since I can't get the whole thing to come off completely covering the nail but it still looks cool. Michele Sent from my iPhone On Feb 9, 2012, at 7:42 AM, "Wet Pa

It's very random and looks really cool, to get complete coverage, you need to use adhesive. On Feb 9, 2012 8:15 AM, "Michele ." wrote: > I've done this a lot. I never use the glue. I can't seem to time it quite > right so I just use the tacky layer. I do spots of foil since I can't get > the whol
