Educate them. That's all you need to do. I explain exactly what they're
getting at the other places and invite their non-English speaking techs to
refute it.
I also emphasise that I do speak English and I can explain every aspect of
their service. I then ask if they can get that there. Then I nod
That's the other thing. They come in with God only know's what on their nails
and it won't soak off. They love it because it "stays" on. Well duh. When they
get the real deal and it "only" lasts two weeks, they get pissy. Makes me want
to cut a biotch.

Believe me when I tell you someone will gripe. I lost a client due to a $2

On the subject of increase, I never understood why done techs say to only
increase some services and not all. That makes no sense. My acrylic clients are

There is a shop near me who charges $5-$10 more for Shellac than I do. They
charge $10 more to do a Shellac French. And yes they are an NSS. And I'm
not cheap, either.
