I take thyroid meds. I have not experienced lifting with gels. At least not
with the Jealousy Gel.
(as a footnote: My thyroid has not been stable and I have been dealing
with continual med changes over the years).

I have a client who can only go 2 weeks or the lifting starts to get
crazy. She takes thyroid meds and we think that is the culprit. For
some people it effects their nails, for others it doesn't. I double
prime and prep diligently... any other nails she's had pop off in days
- so for her, 2 wee
