Whenever I try to run the ZIP tasks I get a System.ArgumentException
error.

My Zip section looks like this:
I'd propose to release beta 1 by the end of next week, that gives us some
times to make sure the docs (Scott very recently make more changes to this),
to-do list and changelog are ok (and perhaps reviewed by one of us).

Can't you just use the binaries from .NET 1.0 on Mono, too ?
You could just ignore some tasks, and it should be fine...
