Hi Ryan, I'm trying to understand more about this issue. Firstly, can you time how long it takes to shutdown a running neo4j server. I have a feeling the answer is going to be 3 seconds or thereabouts Secondly, can you start Neo4j as a console application and do a shutdown from there and time
