-e/-E is for *client* applications. If you want to set the engine id
of the *server* (agent), have a look at the snmpd.conf tokens
engineID, engineIDType, engineIDNic and oldEngineID.
Is there any object of type ROW-STATUS in the table that you want to create row.
Try to set that object with the instance that you want with a value CreateAndGo(4) or
CreateAndWait(5) based on your requirement. You can use SNMPSET command for the above.

What exactly do you mean by bundle?
Keep in mind that this runs on MacOS, and BSD, and Solaris, and HPUX
