mi capita spesso (3 volte) che quando vavigo in rete ,al riavvio sucessivo
la macchina si blocca e mi chiede di avviare fsck manualmente seza
l'opzione -p e un'altra che non ricordo.questo non mi sembra molto
normale,cmq volevo chiedere quale sia il comando per avviare fsck

after doing almost any kind of update in KDE I can no longer print. It looks
like I am stuck in the KDE 1.99 world or use the old printing in
RealPlayer 7 should be on your install CD's.

Just D'sable the sound chip on your motherboard by doing some jumper setings.
If your motherboard is a new one and dont have any jumpers there must be same
kind of setings in BIOS setup.
Or just disable the IRQ of integrated soundchip again from BIOS

Well, I blew it. I installed Cygnus GnuPro Dev Kit on my system, and now it
won't boot! Here's the actual situation: After installation of the
software, I had to modify a couple of environment variables. I added an
entry to the /etc/ld.so.preload file (I had to create the file first), but
I finally got around to attempting to get my Crystal PnP soundcard working in
Linux. Sndconfig almost worked this time (it would not work previously, RPM
would not let me install it, but it magically did this time). To get my
sound to work, I had to change an IRQ in isapnp.conf:
