[newbie] Switching GUI environments.

Not sure how to switch the environments without having to logout and change the Xclients. On Redhat 5.2, I was able to do it from a pull down menu that had a switch to. I wanted to be able to switch between KDE and Gnome. Any help would be appreciated.
