[newbie] PCTEL linmodem driver

Hi all, I have one of those PCChips all-in-one motherboards with onboard PCTEL modem chips. I have also downloaded the pctel.o driver. There is no documentation as to what I do with it. Has anyone got this driver to work? I would much appreciate some help on how to install and get this driver
