[newbie] URPMI help

Well, I just had occasion to (re)use the Easy URPMI site at: http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/ and I'm having problems with it. I can go through the 3 steps, but no matter how many times I do it, or what browser I use, or which site I use, it always displays 10.1 as the distro in the cut 'n paste

I trust the files on the CD's I would just like to be able to install software from the net since its more convienent then walking over to the machine and inserting the proper CD. Ok I have some sources I want to add but I don't understand the hdlist part. I can't find the hdlist on any of

i'm assuming that you have set up a source for the same version as is on the cd i.e. the original distro 8.1. in that case i think that urpmi must be going for hte 'easiest' route to files, i don't recall this being explicitly mentioned but it makes sense, assuming that you have correctly set
