I would try another file manager in KDE, for example ROX filer, which I
have *never* had a problem

I am using Mandrake 6.0 (Venus) and I have installed the StarOffice5.1
in my computer. I am having two problems.
1) When I navigate through the StarOffice explorer, I only get to reach
/mnt (my point mounting files). I can't see any files under the /mnt
path. When I am out of StarOf

Found out what I did. I accidentally installed both version 1.0.6 AND 1.2.0 of
glib and gtk+. And now I can't uninstall any of them.
