try using ocs webmail or twig or squirrelmail. these are available free for the asking at www.screwdriver.net and at www.squirrelmail.org Enable imap in the /etc/inetd.conf file and reboot. You have your own web-based emai which can be accessed from anywhere provided you box is on and running.
