Your card *should* have been detected without any trouble. Have you tried turning off the "PnP OS" (or something similar) setting in your BIOS? AFAIK, the SoundBlaster PCI128 is supported. The SB AWE64 (ISA) is well supported as well (I have one and it works perfectly). On Mon, 19 Mar 2001

I don't see how drivers and/or devices installed in Windows will have any affect on a Linux install - changes to the bios will have an affect, but I don't think software installed in Windows will affect anything. Maybe someone else knows differently - or give it a try anyway, since I guess
