I searched "wrong charset" on google and it came up with a bunch of pages
indicating
this is a boo-boo in certain flavors of linux and not to loose any sleep
over it.

In Windows: Start-run-winipcfg-enter
you have to type in winipcfg in the "open" box.

I am having a wonderful X configuration learning experience as I

Every setting from 1600x1200 32bit through 640x4808bit is great but that
