Your brake pads are probably stuck in on position against the rotor.
Brake fluid gels or dirt, etc. in line. A good clean out will
probably take care of it,

I had to rebuild calipers. Mine would start to seize while riding.I'd have
to stop and open the bleeder which cured the problem il the next time. Try
to hold the brake lever and crack the bleeder slightly and then close. That
might free up the wheel

Were you holding the front brake level? That usually causes problems
when the front wheel tries to move. ;-)
But seriously, one of the bikes I had a while ago (that I never got
running) needed me to pump the brakes multiple times in order for them
to...unlock? I'm not quite sure what exactly. But
