Indeed there has been a big change in synctex a few years ago, since the «
classic » synctex code by Jérôme Laurens was changed, and more or less at the
same time Hans introduced independently a new synctex
/lib/ld-linux.so.2
ld-linux.so.2 (GLIBC_2.1) => /lib/ld-linux.so.2
I don't think I can upgrade glibc, however -- I'm stuck on Slackware
14.1 for now.
