I was wrong, my linux context version is 2008.5.21 and ~ \vfill works but the
windows versions is the same that yours (Peter) and does not work.
I been using this since a long time ago and when it fails in windows, I simply
try in linux because sometimes linux and windows context version
'calt' tables aren't applied if with combining marks, though
IgnoreMarks flag is set.
