..]
i.e. the order key can enforce the quality order as well as limit the
amount of lookups (which saves time when images are -still- missing)

Have been looking around in doc, but could not catch a simple way to insert
an image into my doc.
What is the simplest way to do this ?
My image name is paris.bmp, and i don't have any info about the size (lets
assume it is a 4cmx4cm).

Now I'm trapped in ConTeXt, I wish to reproduce a nice feature : when we
mouse clic on a small (ex: 0.25\textwidth) picture, this one gets bigger
(ex : 1\textwidth).
It's for an A4 portrait double columns technical paper.

I am not sure whether ConTeXt supports .bmp. You can try
\placefigure

ConTeXt will look for picture files it understands that begin with
"paris",
starting with the ones that produce best quality. If it doesn't like
