That is Blackberry rule #1 - When in doubt, pull it out.
Might apply to other situations as well.

That may be the worst video I've seen in a while...well since the Netflix

I'd be more moved to accept his apology if he wasn't so obviously
reading from a teleprompter with a carefully prepared script. The guy
shows almost no emotion.

Sorry to pester folks on this OT, but it's several weeks of frustration...
Where is a safe, secure site (other than BlackBerry crApp world) to
download a tag reader?
There appears to be at least two types of tags out there. One is made up

I typically have to cycle through three or four before I find one that works

Folks,
I recently upgraded my BES 4.1.7 to 5 SP1 MR1 on new hardware. AD
authentication does not work expect for the accounts I added when I installed
the software.
Lots about this on the web but I have not been able to resolve this. I've
already called support and have an open case.
Would someone re-post the information about the list[1] that is useful for
monitoring mobile device service outages? I promise to keep the reference
this time. I've got one Blackberry user (BIS) who hasn't received any
messages for about 18 hours.
Thanks,
RS

Anyone here got some idea what a BES server would cost, including the
hardware, software and licenses for Blackberry? Note, we do NOT have our own
email server at this time, and our email is all POP3. Not sure how that
would work, but that needs to be part of the discussion. J

Anyone know how to disable the feature on a BB 8800 that capitalizes
letters if you hold down the key? I just got a call from a user that
can't login because it keeps capitalizing the letters in his password.
I am running BES 4.1.
Thank you,
