I'm out of town with limited internet access but I want to report a Brown Pelican on Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks. Fourth Lake is between Old Forge and Eagle Bay (route 28). I saw it yesterday, Aug 19 at about 4pm. The bird had a silver band on the right leg. I'll try to get the band number. I
