Hallo,
The house on Wesley Street is number 7. I have it on good authority the owner
and resident is an attorney/lawyer/advocate.
Of course the rumours are rife, but this person was growing plants and
processing the product.
He currently sits in Woodstock cells.
For as long as this drug
Hallo,
Parking at Pepper Street is at your risk.
There is no guarantees made on security and to assume this is the case is wrong.
There are signs installed at the entrance to indicate this.
A notice was also sent out a while ago advising all users of the car park who
are “long
Hallo,
The City of Cape Town has by laws which stipulate times where noise over a
certain level is not acceptable, and a legitimate basis for complaint can be
lodged with the authorities.
Firstly, check the by laws and times one can expect “peace and quiet”.
Secondly, speak to your

Hi All,
Seems its that time of year and its “Irwell Streets” turn.
One of my students had her rental car broken into last night. The battery,
tools, spare tyre were stolen from the trunk of the vehicle.
A patrol would help, but for as long as the Police are not present in the area,
Hi Laura,
Im sick of these bastards who cause havoc in Obs. Would you like to be part of
a Street watch? I think we should all get together on Irwell Street and employ
our own “night guard”. I have someone we could use. This will be a deterrant.
It would cost about R2500.00 per month.
I agree with your email entirely. We all need to contribute and become good
neighbours. That means cleaning up litter on our street and being proactive.
The shops on lower main should take more responsblity and make their space
beautiful. Otherwise the suberb will rever to something that
did report the theft to OBSID and the police.
Thanks.
