My house backs onto the Milner rd houses and I was working at the back
between noon and 3 and didn't hear an alarm go off. I have also had
intruders in my garden again at night. When I came home at 11.30am along
Strubens rd, the obsid van was parked in the shade near the N2 bridge!?

I had an intruder (could be more than one) on my property in Strubens
Road, Lower Wrench end on Tuesday night, nothing was taken. Can we not have
the horse cart back on this side again?

I sent in an objection too. Living in Eden Road, with Mike's panel beaters
on the corner I know very well what it's like to have industry in your
street ... neighbourhood ... suburb. Obs has enough problems with the

It seems to me that as long as these are the 'steps' taken to control the

a lot of trouble scaling that high wall with a heavy piece of car - and they
needed a specific axle.
Unfortunately I doubt they'll be caught but you never know. Almost certainly
the car they were driving is stolen too, but it's also
Vetus Schola but unfortunately
they were very quick.
We suspect that the theft was from Mike's Panel Shop, but we can't get
hold of them as the cell number in the phone book is incorrect. I have
reported it to the police.

The power surge we had last month caused a huge amount of damage for
so many people. I personally spent over R1000 replacing daylight

Winders was burgled on Friday night - same MO. We heard from a lady who
works there - we were out at the time. The window the burglar broke into was
opposite our house in Eden Road - somebody climbed up the downpipe, opened
the window without breaking it and stole a laptop.
