I concur with what Justin has said - Colin falls through the cracks of our legal system. Our current sheltered accommodation facilities (eg: Com Care, Fountain House, etc) would not accept him - not that Colin would stay there anyway. Does anyone remember Greg (Martens?) who died a few years

This might sound a tad facetious but have you tried soap and water? I am pretty sure Colin's allergic to those agents and will move on if they are liberally applied. Make you area less hospitable - fence it off, lock the gates, whatever it takes to prevent his access or comfortable lodgings.

With assistance from Cape Mental Health, the police, and Vetus Schola, we finally secured an involuntary admission for Colin to Groote Schuur. He has been assessed by the psychiatrists at Ward C23 over the weekend. During his stay there he has been cooperative and well-behaved. Their view is that
