I'm trying to set the dock and menubar name in macOS with JavaFX, but
according to https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8091007 this
feature still hasn't been added yet. Is the mentioned patch going to
make it in for Java 9, or should I write and submit a patch myself?
