I had the same issue for accessing from office which is behind a firewall. But by changing http port 5080 to 80 and rtmpt port 8088 to 80, my problem is solved. You can try it out. The two files to be modified are \conf\red5.properties http.port=5080 to http.port=80 rtmpt.port=8080 to rtm

Cannot launch "Share Your Screen" if screen viewer type is jrdesktop
