i have been facing a similar problem,
just use &bpc=1 while in sandbox
it works fine once approved, (updates cache every few hrs or so)

Thanks for looking into the problem. Actually changing the time doesnt do
the trick. But if you can test it with people in the time zone as i have
mentioned you will surely see the issue. Even now I tested with 4 people in
CST forward and delete not working.

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce your issue by
adjusting the system time on our test machine (running Firefox
2.0.0.14 on Linux) but we'll keep investigating. If you're able to
discern anything more, please reply to this thread. We'll continue
investigating on this end.

loaded by Web Browser directly. But it seems to have been changed the
loading via 1.sandbox.gmodules.com/gadgets/concat today.
I think that the cache of the JavaScript file influences development
by this change.
