Yes, some problems on app approval. Tiago (Google), ran manually some days
ago, just to process the long queue, till it gets fully implemented and
tested.

When was last time you tried to submit an app?
Last update I got, was that automatic approval started working again.
Try to submit it again to see how it goes.
