Hi Mitch,
I think you're using the gtk1 version of Firefox, which doesn't
support SVG.
You can use the gtk2 version on Solaris 10, it supports SVG.

Actually I have no problem setting up my hostname on all other machines. This
is the only machine that I am having problems.
Initially I thought the problem is with ClearWire, but I had similar problem
when I connected it to my home dhcp server. This probably ruled out Clearwire

Hi,
I have been trying to build Qt-4.3.3-open-source (without OpenGL there is no
problem) with OpenGL support. As I have a Geforce 8600 card and using the
NVIDIA-Solaris-x86-169.07 driver, I thought it would be relatively easy on
Solaris 10 8/07 which I know is an old build.

I have developed an application that displays SVG charts, and it runs and
displays the charts correctly under Linux with Firefox 2.0. But when Solaris
clients connect, they are either asked to install the SVG plugin or it just
does not work. My question: Does anyone out there have Solaris workst

I do not know that but I would recommend that you goto their shop and run the
Device detection tool. It will tell you what devices are supported and what are
not.
