I have installed the Solaris Express b93, but when I
log in, I can only use gnome, there is no CDE in the
session menu. what can i do as I want to use CDE as
it consumes less cpu than GNOME.

Hello OpenSolaris developers, contributors, etc...
What about public accessible build servers running OpenSolaris so bug fixes,
improvements etc. can be buildt on all currently supported x86 and SPARC
architectures (i86pc/sun4u/sun4v) by people not employed by Sun.

Hi. I am an experienced linux user. I have just installed opensolaris 2008.05
on my test machine with a pentium4 and a 250GM harddrive. Everything works
smoothly and all my hardware is supported.

150 gb, and increased the size of slice 7 to 60 gb. I left the tag of slice 7

I downloaded snv_93 to my ThinkPad recently. It seems much slower than previous
builds when redrawing windows, launching applications, etc... Anyone else
notice this? I am actually thinking of reinstalling the original 2008.05. It
ran much more smoothly.
