idmap is for mapping Solaris identities to Windows identities. It does
name based mapping. It coverts SIDs, UIDs and GID to names and hence maps
a Windows name to a Solaris name.

Go to your home directory.
Press Ctrl+H to show all hidden directories.
If not present, create a directory called .fonts (mkdir .fonts)
Copy your font files to that directory.
You should be able to see fonts added now.
