Hi all,
I've got a Dell GX280SD that had 2 GB of RAM in it and all was well.
Today, I installed 4 GB of RAM (2 x 2 GB). The 4 GB shows up in the BIOS
and Windows Vista can see the 4 GB (multibooting) but FreeBSD and
OpenSolaris can only recognize 3 GB. I put the snv_115 install CD in and

If you read the other posts in the forum that were posted right before you
posted your question, you would see that I had already given the answer (i.e.
rpool/boot/grub/menu.lst) in a post that I made in a different thread just 3
hours before you made your post. Here's the link:
you might want to learn about pfexec and RBAC in solaris, it is both

Since bacula is written in good C you can compile it very easy under
Solaris (I'm in fact doing it right now). You need some libs, a database
and gcc - that's all. Time for that: 10 Minutes :-) Windows binaries are
available at sf.net.
Anyone know if the backup tool bacula is available to `pkg install'
from one of the repositories?
