But I don't find where is neutron_lib, and I got error as "ImportError: No
module named neutron_lib"

I'm trying to use Guru Meditation Report in Zaqar project which can
support uwsgi server. I imported gmr and used
"gmr.TextGuruMeditation.setup_autorun(version, conf=conf)", but it
didn't work under uwsgi mode.
Did I do something wrong, or GMR doesn't support uwsgi mode yet?

Two initial ideas:
We could create a specific ansible task to rotate the keys, and document
that operator should set up a cron job on the deployment node to run
this periodically.
