I would like to propose Ihar to become a member of the Neutron drivers team
[1].
Ihar wide knowledge of the Neutron codebase, and his longstanding duties as
stable core, downstream package whisperer, release and oslo liaison (I am
sure I am forgetting some other capacity he is in) is go

Well deserved is an understatement! Ihar is consistently integral to
the Neutron project. Ihar has wide knowledge not only of Neutron but
of OpenStack workings and is a key factor to Neutron playing nice with
other projects. Ihar has shown consistent good judgement of priorities
and will in no doub
