Is there a command-line id3 tag editor that supports UTF-8? I have tried python-eyeD3 and id3v2, neither seems to properly support UTF-8. To test I tried (among others): id3v2 -a ö test.mp3 eyeD3 -a ö test.mp3 eyeD3 --remove-all --set-encoding utf8 -a ö test.mp3 All of which set the artist field
