Fixes since 1.1:
Fix crash on reload if using acl patterns.
Fix tls_cert_reqs not being set to SSL_VERIFY_PEER by default. This
meant that clients were not verifying the server certificate when connecting
over TLS. This affects the C, C++ and Python libraries.
Add asterisk11 package. LTS version of Asterisk has been recently released.
This package is a bleeding-edge alternative to existing asterisk-1.8.x package.
