Yesterday I got hit with the Blaster

I have a DB connection problem that I cannot resolve and need
your help.
Standalone Dell 8200 PC using XP Prof. with 61.6 GB of free
space.
A couple of days ago I installed my 9.2 DB successfully
and was able to connect with SQL*Plus and TOAD.
Then yesterday I installed 9iDS Rel. 2 whi
Platform: Dell 8200 / XP Prof.
I previously had 9.1 installed on my stand alone
PC.
I de-installed 9.1 and removed all associated
files.
I installed 9.2. Everything went fine until I got near
the end when I ran into an error.
The feedback I got is:
Oracle net config. asst.
I just received my CD pack for 9.2. There are some CD's
in the pack for Oracle Pure Name & Address - North America, North America -
Geocode, Latin America, etc. Any idea what these are used for? I
didn't get these with my 9.1 release.
