Hi Ron,
Have seen several plants from that cross around but cannot supply a photo.
Actually it is VERY similar to emersonii x malipoense which when one thinks
about it is not surprising.
Hopefully as time goes by and some of the darker forms of hangianum are
used, we will see something exciting.
More than 50 society members exhibited their plants at the weekend show...
winning flower was a dendrobium... called Kuniku

Hi all.
Has anyone flowered a cross of Paphiopedilum
One of the vendors at our show was selling a plant with the hopelessly
garbled name of Masigawaara. I figured it meant Hasegawaara, but which one? It
definitely doesn't look like Stella or Breckenridge Ruby. It is more starry and
pinkish. Does anyone happen to know anything about this? I can
The Brave New World of Orchid Nomenclature.
There is an intergeneric named Matsudaara = Barkeria x Cattleya x Laelia x
Sophronitis.
I hope this helps to confuse the issue :-)
Have you called the vendor yet?

It's been a full week since Mark posted but I now have time to give the
reply I wanted to give. Some of this has been said before but I have
taken the time to expand beyond what I have written before. See my
