Cynthia, I have successfully eliminated damping-off issues with somewhat gentler means - a water extract of cinnamon. For a combo insecticide/fungicide, I do the extraction with isopropyl alcohol, but for defalsked seedlings, where insect infestation is no issue, the cinnamaldehyde/water solution
