Not strictly for origami but Awagami has a really nice mixed bag of different types of washi paper of different sizes at a pretty good price. I have seen it in Australia so you should be able to get it in the US. Note that most of the paper are not square, and you’ll need to find your own

There are a handful of objections to having a CoC that I see coming up in the discussions, that I would paraphrase as "It would be hard to enforce" or "It can be used dishonestly" which beg the question, is it really better to not bother at all? If the answer is yes, then the only rules that
