Yeah, I agree completely pasal the complexity of Hospital Information System. IMHO, you can't just simply take one open source software and implement it to Malaysia's hospitals. Terlalu banyak yang perlu diubah untuk memastikan workflow sistem hampir sama dengan cara kerja di hospital tersebut.
