Starts with things like
1.Centralized Squid / Dansguardian Filtering service ( blacklists need to be
updated from idc )
2.Free wifi covering school area + centralized freeradius + captive portal +
and landing page will be joomla / drupal / cakephp
3. That landing page can serve as commun

Actually, I'm in MOE already 8 years, include awareness to OSS. Frankly, you
cannot simply push OSS to school with drastic movement.
1st, you need to tackle on awareness for each school or if you good enough,
can convince PPD to involve.

Swee Meng, I LOLed when you wanna teach those students the basics of
Py/RoR/PHP in two days. Will they understand everything? BTW, those kids are
not ready yet for things like this except me like FOSS, develop softwares
etc :D

We do not need to create another team. Malaysia OSS community is still
small in number and volunteers. So we need to get existing group or
