Harold, you said: But I'd be saddened if we somehow forbid the "W". It
feels like closing, not opening space.
What if instead we agreed to stretch the W, Harold? What if anyone could
indeed convene an osonos? what if anyone could indeed convene an osonos
gathering and what if it was as simple as
About the question of getting rid of the "W" - I find it hard to engage
in that question - so I'll counter with another.
The first place I heard about a World Open Space on Open Space was at an
Agile Open in San Francisco several years ago. Hearing one of the
participants speak in the morning
THAT is VERY good to know.

I'm liking very much reading this thread.
Wosonos-London was great for me. Unlike in Berlin 2010 I knew that I'd
learn/gain most from just being around and following my guts. This way I
enjoyed it deeply, I had some good insights, some unforgettable instants,

Good points, Artur, all.
Just about your last part:
Actually, there were Egyptian people who were in communication about

Lots of good points Lisa and maybe some solutions? Venue costs Can be

Actually lisa True confession. My criteria for any party/open space I
invoke is that I have a great time. The key is flow and once the flow is
going you really cant stop it. Much better to just enjoy. It also helps to
remember that it isnt about you. When it is really good, nobody even

maybe the question i should be asking is why we don't call ALL of them
WOSONOS... and then... what would it look like if we developed a system for
anyone, anywhere, to distribute their osonos invitation to the World?
oslist is perhaps the only global system needed for such distribution, but

Dear Michael and Chris,
Three days after doing WOSonOS on the wednesday I stepped back in the saddle
and played the Comedy Store.. Over the years I am well used to telling jokes to
comics. Just for the record I can assure you it's much easier than opening
space to the spacenics!

Yes, you are Harrison Owen !
(and a good thing, too... and a lucky world, because of it).
I laugh as you are also recommending a name change for this stream, as
I did, but no worries - the stream continues no matter what the name.

I love it Michael!
All of which makes me wonder how many "OSonOS" events we've really had.
What if we did count them up and start numbering them as we go forward, as

thanks, lisa... just a couple quick clarifications...
i know osonos hosts are not pre-determined, and was just saying that to
newcomers it might look that way, when we arrive with invitation materials.
it didn't used to be that way and i was just suggesting that we consider

Hi, all.
I cannot comment on or imagine what Paul feels. He is not here to say
so. But I welcome that you are sharing, Michael, how you feel.
Not that you need me to welcome it ;o) but I just wanted to say I
appreciate your sharing your thoughts and feelings about this.
About hosting OSonOSs
If the experience is one of desiring a simpler execution of the basic
practice, then the solution is to offer to host an wosonos for yourself.
If, however, you're from the UK, for instance, and the UK has just hosted,
that means you don't really have a shot at it for at least a few years.
Further
Some weeks ago I asked some questions regarding and OS in which we had a
big concern: how to invite a small and conflicted group (you can see the
message below),... After a conversation beween both parts it seems that
this group is willing to come to the OS.
Now I come with another question.

I think the Law is about action too. You can act in three ways
1. Mental movement (try to change yourself, focus and be fully present,
maybe you are missing something important here) – thanks Jan-Erik for this
perspective during NOSonOS in august!
2. “Intervention” into what you don
