So, in Open Space, we 'are peace'
if we have to work too hard to get it - for others - its not very peaceful

For me as facilitator, I am growing into a deepening recognition of the
power of this process and my own powerful presence as facilitator - or as
some of us at OSOZ discussed

their organisation - they will need to have such a plan in order to apply
