Hallo Harrison and welcome to Sweden. You sure came here at the coldest
days of the year.
I am sure you are right about that Open Space leads towards peace. You
have harder to fight people you have met and talked seriously with and
often the dialogues in Open Space are very direct from people´s he
inconsequesntial. And if we (or at

in February, I am sitting in Gottland, a Swedish Island in the
middle of the Baltic Sea -- watching the BBC as the fires of war and
madness burn in the middle east. I think of Tova, Avner, and my

Many hearts, including mine, are with you as you work for peace in, as
Harrison says, very tight space. So we will make the space a little wider,
when we can.

facilitate a series of leadership workshops for a management team. We will
challenge the managers to become the design team for an Open Space with the
entire department. So we will see what happens with this small snow

115 people from 20 countries joined together in Open Space to explore
The Practice of Peace. It was deep, rich, and frankly overwhelming. You
might say shock and awe. The fact that a number of the participants came
from and/or work in the hotspots of the world, such as the Middle East,
Kashmir
little truthtelling and
still so much turf holding I continue to feel that the practice of peace will
not blossom until the religions of the world come to the circle willing.
Thank goodness for all who are leading the way without the need for titles.
