Sounds to me like you're facility is RUGG'ing everyone at high/very high. Is

necessary. Medical necessity means that the skills of an OT are REQUIRED
and that there is a expectation that the patient will make SIGNIFICANT
progress towards their goals within a REASONABLE time frame.

I dont see how that is even possible. What are the normal work load
expectations at your facility? Our expectations are 6 hrs of billable/direct
patient contact time for 8 hrs of paid time.

Sounds like some overtime to me. Not appropriate to complete within a
8 hour work day with time for notes and conferences.
