I have been looking at the code for otrs and what I want to accomplish is to
write the message to a file when it is closed. Here is the quick code I have
written to do this:
open(LOG, ">>/test.txt");
print LOG "This is a test";
close (LOG);

A colleague wonders why they can't include an attachment with a Note.
And I wonder why I can't send email from a Note. On occasions, I have
felt I would like to email the customer as I was looking at a Note,
and would have liked to include some of the text in the note as
context.
